In accordance with international consumer protection laws and Paddle’s standard terms, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked, provided the service has not been fully performed.

Our products are unique digital goods generated instantly upon your final confirmation. Please note the following conditions:
- By finalizing the design and clicking "Generate" or "Purchase," you provide your express consent to the immediate performance of the contract.
- You acknowledge that your right to a refund expires once the Digital Mirror is created and delivered to your account, as the service is then considered fully performed.
- Refunds are always available for any digital mirror that remains "Pending" or has not been successfully generated due to a technical error.
🛠️ Technical Errors
We will always issue a full refund if:
- A confirmed technical system error prevented the digital mirror from being generated.
- You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction.
- The digital reflection fails to save to your profile due to a system fault.
